About The Book
Created by Girls. Inspired by Truth.
Every year, the school's annual camping trip is the most exciting event of the year, and Amora, her twin sister Amore, and their best friend Crystal can't wait to go. But while everyone around her is celebrating, Amora is carrying a private worry, she fears her period will start while she is away. Her fear becomes reality when boys discover pads in her book bag and publicly humiliate her in front of everyone.
What happens next is driven entirely by the girls themselves, their friendship, their courage, and their decision to turn one painful moment into lasting change for every student at their school.
