Where Threads Meet Power, KUUMBA (Creativity), and Self-Worth
Sew So DOPE: Denim & Dolls is a dynamic, hands-on sewing experience for girls ages 9 and up, rooted in creativity, culture, and confidence-building. Participants will learn the foundations of sewing while designing and constructing their own customized doll and denim garments.
But this experience goes beyond the needle and thread it’s about affirming self-worth, nurturing communication, and celebrating identity in a safe space where girls are seen, heard, and uplifted.
 
✂️ What’s Included:
One-week participants will complete one full project.
Two-week participants will complete a minimum of two projects, with room to create more based on skill level.
Every student will walk away with new skills, pride in their work, and a handcrafted masterpiece they created themselves.
