Admission Process

Timbuk2 Academy will be accepting students for the 2020-2021 school year. Timbuk2 Academy is family owned, with strong family values and each accepted applicant is being welcomed into our family.

An initial interview is conducted with each family and child.

A collective decision is made to determine if the Academy is the best fit for the child and family.

Selected applicants must be aware of our mission, vision and principles, while understanding their role in their child’s education process.

Application Fee

There is a nonrefundable $50 application fee. This fee must be paid in order for your application to be processed.

To submit an application, download the form, complete it, and mail or email it to us.


Once accepted, families are required to pay the following fees:
1. $200 nonrefundable registration fee
2. Two (2) weeks of tuition.
3. (1) Uniform: $40.00 – all children receive one (1) complementary uniform t-shirt and a school welcome kit.
A child is deemed fully enrolled once all deposits, records, tuition agreements and policy/procedures have been signed and received. .

Submitting an application does not guarantee admissions. If there is no space available, your child will be placed on a waiting list and contacted when a spot becomes available.

We do not discriminate in our enrollment policies on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, sexual orientation, national or ethnic origin.
